Accounts Payable Coordinator

Job Summary The Accounts Payable Coordinator contributes to an effective accounting function at TerraLink by efficiently completing accounts payable activities. Responsibilities On a daily basis the Accounts Payable Coordinator position will: Reconcile Multiple Bank accounts Process invoices, including coding and entering data Reconcile Vendor accounts and statements, posting vendor credits and clearing against payables Resolve account issues with vendors Process Expenses start to finish, ensuring expenses have been approved. Prepare payments (vendor and expense) – internal transfers, checks, EFTs, and wires Calculate and post payable accruals. Account analysis Process credit applications and set up vendor accounts Maintain AP records Maintain vendor accounts on an ongoing basis.

Post journal entries Process and enter government remittances. Perform related tasks including assisting other accounting team members when needed. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Basic knowledge of accounting/accounts payable through formal education (accounting diploma) or 2 years of equivalent experience in the accounts payable function. Effective English-language communications skills: written and oral.

Previous experience with ERP systems and ability to learn/adapt to the TerraLink ERP system. Working Conditions This position works at the Abbotsford at 464 Riverside Road in the corporate office. Standard office conditions apply: minor lifting of files, typing/keying data, use of a computer for the duration of an 8-hour day. PI230328602
