Cash Application Specialist

Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client seeking a Cash Application Specialist. As the Cash Application Specialist, you will be responsible for processing high volume transactions for the accounts receivable department. The Cash Application Specialist will ideally have experience working in a high-volume environment and previous accounts receivable experience. If you are a Cash Application Specialist, this could be the role for you What you get to do every single day – Handle all differences and discrepancies such as payment issues – Process and reconcile remittances and accounts receivables – Kick off general ledger reports weekly – Post daily payments including checks to customer accounts, wires and ACH credit transfers – Help with the management of customer database accounts – 2 years working in an accounts receivable department – Must maintain a high level of accuracy and be detail oriented – Demonstrated knowledge of Cash Applications – Outstanding data entry skills – Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
