Digital Marketing Specialist (Search Engine Marketing) Are you forward-thinking and always looking to establish better systems and processes? As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the strategy and oversight of our high-performing PLA Shopping and Paid Search Ads across Google and Bing. You’ll work cross-functionally with vendors and our agency, improving and optimizing our campaigns using data-driven strategy and tactics. We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes. Make a difference on our Digital Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist What you’ll do : Provide oversight on the optimization of our PLA Shopping Ads and Paid Search Text campaigns, ensuring efficient use of marketing budget Review trends and auction insights, providing data-driven recommendations based on current search demand Work with our SEM agency and Search Partners (Google and Bing) to develop strong category-specific strategy, as well as Corporate, Marketplace and Vendor Funding opportunities Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet our goals for the fiscal year building on improvements for existing programs Provide campaign reporting and analysis presenting to senior leaders and internal stakeholders, highlighting successes and recommendations for future considerations Drive continuous improvement for the program, measuring success through CPC, CPA, Online and Omni-Channel ROAS and other conversion and action-driving metrics What we’re looking for: 3 years of SEM experience (or in a Performance Marketer role) Expert at PLA Shopping Ads and Paid Search Ads for eCommerce businesses Expert at using Google Search Ads 360 (SA360), Google Ads and Google Merchant Centre Data-driven marketer fluent in Data Visualization tools, MS Excel, Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics Why you’ll love it here: Remote-first work environment Employee discounts on awesome tech from day one Flexible health benefits and wellness program TFSA and RRSP programs 100% matched company pension plan Training programs to build new and transferable skills About Best Buy As Canada’s destination for the coolest tech, Best Buy offers one of the best work environments in the country Annually recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, our culture is one of inclusivity and belonging and provides employees an environment where they can bring their whole selves to work.
