The purpose of this position is to assist Energy Management and Sustainability with day-to-day support, ESG reporting, transactions, and departmental communication. Purpose of the Job The purpose of this position is to assist Energy Management and Sustainability with day-to-day support, ESG reporting, transactions, and departmental communication. Essential Functions and Responsibilities • Manage utility questions, escalations, and contract requests • Respond to requests for support • Track and audit sustainability platform • Support ESG reporting and benchmarking • Assist with utility related transaction activity (acquisitions, dispositions, lease-ups) to ensure accounts are set-up, transitioned, and cancelled • Support utility broker relationships • Support jurisdictional compliance requirements (energy benchmarking, NCUC, etc.) • Manage internal document repositories • Support utility addendum and billing changes • Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Must have strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel • Must demonstrate Bell Core Values • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Must be detail-oriented, have strong time management skills, and have ability to multi-task • Must be resourceful and well organized • Must be customer service focused • Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with internal & external customers • Analytical mind • Must present a professional image Education and Background • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or related field business or related field. • Strong working internet knowledge LI-DF1 Bell Partners, Inc.
