Finance Manager

As an FP&A Manager, you will report into the Director, Finance. This role provides an excellent opportunity to drive the development and implementation of processes in a dynamic environment in order to deliver top and bottom line growth. This position will work closely with operation team in managing financial results, strategy, and portfolio optimization. This role will need to possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills along with stakeholder management skills.

If you were to come on board as our Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis , we would ask you to do the following for us: Manage weekly, month-end and quarter-end financial reporting for the sector Lead the weekly and monthly forecast Engage in communication and develop presentations for our key stakeholders (Sector President, VPs and Directors, COO, CFO, and VP, Finance of Compass Group Canada) including accurate and targeted financial analyses upon request Financial business partner for sector budget and forecast process Line of Business and key account reporting and analysis to drive profitability and growth Lead branch level financial / strategic reviews Monitor receivables and inventory levels Identify and action risks and opportunities within the business Show great proactiveness and attention to detail Maintain positive relations with internal and external clients, and always respond promptly to their requests Other ad hoc tasks assigned by leadership. Here is how we will know you are the best fit: Degree in finance, accounting or business related field MBA and / or CPA designation from a top institution preferred 3 years in Finance / FP&A Role High attention to detail Ability to produce reports and results which are validated and accurate Proactive and inquisitive Ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive, can-do attitude Ability to articulate financials in a clear and concise manner Able to leverage quantitative data to influence decision makers Ability to partner with cross-functional Sales, Finance, and Operations teams Strong in MS Excel and PowerPoint Skills Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx would be considered an asset
