Heavy duty truck trailer mechanic/journeyman

Redline is looking for an Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician who is responsible for performing maintenance work in accordance with OEM standards, preparing service documentation in accordance with company policy, and performing quality work while adheering to the work assigned to them by the on floor supervisor. Responsibilities Adjust equipment, and repair or replace defective parts, components or systems Install new or replacement parts according to specifications Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that the work done meets manufacturers specification and legislated regulations Assure completion of all repairs, maintenance requirements and/or modifications to the truck or other assigned vehicle Stay abreast of technology and attend training as it becomes available Requirements The ideal candidate will possess a minimum ofA High school diplomaA Heavy Equipment Technician Apprenticeship Certification with Heavy Truck experienceMinimum 3 year training in a Heavy Duty Truck fleet or shop environment ___________________ Redline trucking
