Hiring painters (summer job for students)

We are currently hiring painters for the spring and summer of 2023. This position would be full-time and can lead to potential growth within the company. Although it is an asset, no previous painting experience is required as we thoroughly train every team member. For this position we look for the individual with great attention to detail, coach-ability, and work ethic. This is a great opportunity to not only be paid based on your performance but also gain valuable skills and enjoy the perks of working an outdoor job. Primary focus is to train university/college students in the painting trade. Job information: -Pay: $18-25/hr -Hours: 30 -Full training Qualifications: -Although having your own vehicle isn’t necessary, having access to one is a benefit as reliable transportation to and from job sites is a requirement -Able to work a majority of the summer from April-August -Physical ability to move ladders and other equipment around during the summer -Attention to detail and finishing projects to the highest quality -Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
