Position: Human Resource Coordinator Location: Brampton In this role, you will be a core member of the HR Operations team, serving as a primary contact for queries related to Human Resources. You will gain experience in HR programs and processes across the complete life cycle of our employees including hiring, benefits, training, and more. As an HR Coordinator, you will work with a diverse HR team, contributing toward a continuous improvement of HR services. Primary Job Responsibilities: – Serve as a primary point of contact for associate issues, answering inquiries via phone, email, or in person – Ensure the complete submission of pre-employment requirements – Coordinate induction program for new hires – Maintain employee information on the system – Document all staff movement like transfers and promotions – Assist in employee engagement activities – Prepare documents for internal and external audit requirements – Provide customer support for on HR processes, programs, and policies – Escalate or transfer issues as needed and respond to routine questions – Assist in planning and carrying out company and team events – Participate in special projects as needed Qualifications: – Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource – 2 to 3 years of experience working in a Human Resource role with a focus on employment, benefits, hiring, HR information system (HRIS), compensation, training, and compliance – Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment – Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills – Experience handling organization challenges (i.e. good problem-solving skills) – Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English If you think you are the right candidate for the role, please send your resume in Word to Karen Thomas karen.thomasquantum.ca.
