Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization is seeking an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist Experienced-level or Senior Level. In this role you will Lead the BGS C-17 Sustainment and Modifications Integrated Planning and Scheduling Team in the daily performance of their job functions. Provide guidance consistent with Boeing IP&S best practices, based in good judgement and past experience. Provide timely support to Program and Business Leadership requests as needed. Position Responsibilities: Duties will include (but are not limited to): Works on leading edge technologies across the enterprise to lead, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain plans and schedules for very complex projects, programs, and change driven activities Leads in studies/analysis and planning efforts within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product development, process improvement, or program initiatives Provides analysis and product development initiatives for manufacturing, program and support organizations Develops and establishes lead time requirements and identifies constraints Leads, directs, facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners Develops project plans for realigning work statement to support production requirements and meet company strategy for work placement This position must meet export control compliance requirements. This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 8 or more years related work experience Preferred Qualifications ( Desired Skills / Experience ): Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience in a role requiring project management skills, tools, and processes Experience using Microsoft Project Experience in Program Planning Experience conducting data analysis with Excel Typical Education & Experience : Experienced-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor’s) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master’s and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience.) Senior-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor’s) and typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master’s and typically 13 or more years’ related work experience.)
