Our business consists of mortgage lending for development and construction projects across Ontario and ancillary investment for those mortgages through relationships with third-party institutions and our investment fund vehicles. Role Overview This is a full-time Investment Administrator role located in Toronto, ON.

The Investment Administrator will primarily perform day-to-day administration for the Morrison Financial Mortgage Income Funds, address inquiries from current and new investors, and support compliance with regulatory requirements. This is an on-site role. Responsibilities Monitor the company’s communication channels (phone, email, social media) and address inquiries from current and new investors Provide administrative support to Investment Representatives by preparing documents for investors, guiding investors through the setup process, and reviewing documents to satisfy compliance requirements Support regular investment closing activities as required by the team Organize marketing materials and attend tradeshows and conferences as required Record and manage all investment activities through the Morrison Financial CRM Prepare reports for weekly team meetings Perform office administration and reception duties as required by the team Work towards getting registered as a Dealing Representative Qualifications Post-secondary degree preferred in relevant fields (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, etc.) Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload Able to operate and stay organized under time pressure Strong oral and written communication skills High proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Office products; basic proficiency in CRM systems; Basic understanding of the financial and investment landscape; Preference to individuals who have completed the Canadian Securities Course or Exempt Market Proficiency Course;
