Company Job Our client is one of the fastest-growing private lenders in Canada that specializes in home equity and residential mortgage financing for individuals in a variety of credit situations. They also lend directly to homeowners for equity loans. They work with banks, trusts, and other lending sources to draw from a wide range of products to help individuals in purchase transactions obtain the best possible mortgage solution. Your Duties & Responsibilities: You will field calls from prospective clients from supplied leads You will take applications, pull credit bureaus, order appraisals You will submit completed applications to the Lending Committee for conditional approvals You will follow up with clients for closing You will perform follow up with multiple files Qualifications: Must be a Licensed Mortgage Agent Industry experience preferred Must have superior organizational skills Must be a self-starter who can work well independently and as part of a team Must possess excellent verbal and written English Must have exceptional interpersonal skills Sub-Prime Lending or Finance Company experience is an asset Compensation: Full Time Salary commission Inclusive medical/dental benefits
