Managing Director, Investment Banking – Metals & Mining

Paradigm Capital is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead the Metals & Mining practice within our Investment Banking team . Key Responsibilities: Establish, develop and grow relationships with corporate clients within the Metals & Mining sector Originate corporate finance transactions including, but not limited to, equity offerings and M&A Lead/oversee deal teams in transaction management and execution Provide senior leadership and mentoring of junior investment bankers in all aspects of deal origination and execution Work collaboratively with teams across the organization Experience & Qualifications: 5 years of origination experience (client facing) in the Metals & Mining industry Track record of client relationship building Proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently Superior analytical abilities and sound technical competencies Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills Adeptness in supporting and guiding junior investment bankers including promoting professional development Entrepreneurial spirit with a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative attitude Bachelor’s degree; MBA and/or professional designations are considered an asset Please send your cover letter and resume to Vanessa Uy (vuyparadigmcap.com) with the Subject Line “Managing Director – Investment Banking (Metals & Mining)”.
