Hiring – MS Dynamics 365 Consultant – Mississauga, ON (Hybrid) – Long Term Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 ConsultantLocation: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)Duration: Long Term Duties and responsibilities Meet with clients to analyze and understand their needsProduce analysis reports detailing your conclusions and recommendationsImplementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on productsInstallation, training, upgrading, configuration, support, and documentation of 365 Business CentralAbility to provide Post-implementation support (help desk)Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics 365 Business Central clientsActively work on resolving technical issues and establishing improved solutionsParticipate in product demonstrations during the sales processOther related tasks relevant to the deployment and support of the solutions in the client’s environmentAbility to work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specificationsQualifications 3 years of Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV implementation experienceBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experienceExperience in a consulting environment is strongly preferredExperience with modeling business processes and translating requirements into a business applicationExcellent presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or board of directorsExcellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeedPossess a professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or in-personExperience with 365 Business Central/NAV Manufacturing and/or Warehouse Management (version 2013 or higher) a plusAbility to interface with clients both in person and remotelyAdvanced experience and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to learn new business processes or applications very quicklyAbility to express ideas clearly, concisely, and in understandable form, both orally and in writingAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsGeneral Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (MS SQL Server, MS .NET, MS SharePoint, MS Business Intelligence)Please share your resume to kchapparapuvsoftconsulting.com
