Productivity Director

The Productivity Director will be responsible to manage the delivery of Productivity programs across a range of clients and manage associated PRIP (Performance Related Income Payments) targets that have a structured productivity requirement, as well as supporting any Global reporting requests. This role will lead Amplifi from a ‘client service’ perspective and be a key point of contact for both client and agency business leads in determining best course of action to solve internal and client issues. Reporting directly to the VP, Investments, this is a leadership role that shapes the overall corporate direction of Amplifi investment initiatives. People Leadership, Client & Internal Relationships: Manages Delivery of nominated Global Buying commitments and associated PRIPs (Performance-Related Income Payments) targets that have a structured productivity program.
Leads the client service efforts related to delivery of media buying performance for these specific clients. Manages the development of pricing guarantees for new business initiatives, coordinating with local and global colleagues to deliver successful pricing offers for the market. Builds working relationships with Media Auditors in relation to specific accounts and manage normalization of data in / around productivity including methodology and Audit principles. Manages the client service leads at business’ specialist area especially in the management and implementation of productivity programs.
Contributes to the development of new systems, processes, and methodologies to improve our productivity product under the guidance of the Head of Investment Supports locally as a center of excellence in proof of performance associated with media buying delivery. Manages internal and external stakeholder management across clients and media auditors to ensure the buying commitments are met and, where applicable, PRIP performance is optimized. Develops quality control processes and systems that are sufficiently implemented where lacking. Strategic Thinking & Leadership: Assesses problems and concerns in a systematic, logical, and rational manner.
Proactively resolves issues, knows when and who to escalate to Aptitude for priority management where it concerns managing multiple deliverables/work streams. Builds working relationships with Media Auditors in relation to specific accounts and manage normalization of data in / around productivity including methodology and Audit principles. Informs Head of Investments of new opportunities and methodologies to improve our productivity product. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or Higher 7 years of media planning/buying experience, including at least 4-5 years focused on investment.
Strong leadership and people skills High level of confidence with an ability to manage expectations with internal stakeholders. Strong prioritization skills, with an expert ability to manage one’s time for optimal output. Strong analytical skills and proficient with numbers and budgets to relate results with client business objectives.
