Purpose To support the Transformation team with projects associated with the Customer First Program. Accountabilities Conduct regulatory research and scan the market for information on public filings. Conducts due diligence regulatory research on industry issues, emerging rules, and regulatory precedent. Assists team in addressing how these issues may affect regulatory processes.
Supports the preparation of regulatory documents, testimony, and other filings before the Commissions. Assist in running ROIs for marketing programs. Assist in the implementation and development of communication strategies for various projects. Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communications strategies and practices.
Assist with maintaining onboarding processes. Create reports, project documents and conduct analysis on best in class technologies. Assist in the compilation of data. Ability to deliver quality work across multiple concurrent assignments with different work streams and meeting deadlines.
Present written and verbal data analysis. React to changes in work assignments; prioritize and undertake all other tasks as assigned. Education and Experience 1st – 4th year Business student attending College or University with a focus on Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or equivalent program. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Office Programs: Outlook, Word and Excel.
Must be detail oriented and possess excellent follow up skills. Strong communication, interpersonal and team-building skills. Excellent organizational skills with ability to work independently and manage priorities.
