About the Role Sound-rite has an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual that is looking for a hybrid style role that involves supporting our sales team, assisting clients to process orders, coordination of installations and general duties to ensure our projects run smoothly. This role also involves full cycle project coordination, along with assisting others within all departments, to ensure tasks are completed.

Prior experience with the construction industry is considered a strong asset for this role, along with any prior coordination, order desk or drafting experience. Environment Based in our Calgary head office, this full time role will offer both in office, along with scheduled work from home once per week. This position will also offer the opportunity for travel throughout Western Canada as the need may arise. Job Title: Project Coordinator Essential Job Functions: · Schedule installations with clients and subcontractors · Assist the project management team in processing client orders and coordinating shipments · Oversee warehouse inventory requirements & cleanliness · Draft Vendor purchase orders and prepare documentation for final project invoicing · Assist with departmental documentation control including health and safety programs · Maintain and update internal database entries along with client records · Communicate with Account Managers & Technical coordinator to ensure client needs are met Additional Duties: · Participate in a weekly meetings with the design and installation department to review upcoming projects · Handle shipping/receiving as required, ensuring shipments are complete and accurate · Assist subcontractors during installations to ensure accuracy of work and clients expectations are met Abilities and Skills Required for Success: · Excellent reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.

Post secondary education in a relevant field considered a strong asset · High attention to detail, along with the ability to organize tasks · The individual must portray a positive attitude and maintain their composure at all times · Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. · Ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision · The ability to assume responsibility and to be self-motivated · Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for changes · Class 5 driver’s license and clean drivers abstract Sound-rite encourages and supports balancing our careers with family, health, personal interests and community obligations.
