Location: 1950 rue Maurice-Gauvin, Laval, Québec, H7S 1Z5 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Job: We are currently seeking a proactive and driven Regional Transactional Services Operations Lead to join our team. Working closely with the Regional CFO and the Global Transactional Lead, this role will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process that involve procurement, finance and operations and implement performance reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement within the organization. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our industrial sites. Job Summary: As Regional Transactional Services Operations Lead, you will play a vital role in continuously improving our procurement processes and systems in line with Glencore Copper global standards across multiple industrial sites in various jurisdictions.

Your focus will be on optimizing end-to-end procurement processes and enhancing collaboration among various teams and implement performance reporting and KPIs, allowing us to measure and track key metrics to identify areas for improvement. In addition to process enhancement, your role will require effective change management and communication to successfully execute these initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities: • Ensure that the Glencore Copper P2P process and procedures are followed for the efficient application of P2P processes within the region to meet related financial objectives, delegations of authority and transaction approvals. • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute improvement initiatives that impact procurement, operations, and finance processes to achieve operational excellence and cost-effectiveness. • Facilitate effective collaboration and communication between procurement, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless implementation of improvement initiatives and alignment with overall business objectives. • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and changes, promoting a positive and adaptable work culture. • Identify areas for improvement and standardization to drive efficiency and accuracy while adhering to Glencore Copper global standards. • Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to measure performance to monitor efficiency of the process and make data-driven decisions to support process enhancements. • Engage with stakeholders at various levels to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into improvement initiatives. • Ensure all improvement initiatives adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, minimizing risks and ensuring compliance. • Take ownership of improvement projects, defining project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements to drive successful project execution. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. • Proven track record (10 years) in leading improvement initiatives that involve procurement, operations, and finance. • Strong understanding of P2P processes and SAP platform with some knowledge of Coupa. • Project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated change management and communication abilities to drive successful adoption of initiatives. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Adaptable and proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
