ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client is a flooring company made up of a qualified team of professionals that tackle large-scale, commercial, complex construction projects and is experiencing rapid growth. They work with high-profile companies and pride themselves on providing a high level of service. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Join one of the top construction startups in Vancouver and work in a fast-paced and encouraging environment. Use your communication skills to expand business and bring in new and exciting opportunities. You will be joining a team of five project managers and two estimators that work from the office based in Richmond. ABOUT THE POSITION The successful candidate will work as part of a high performing team where they will be encouraged to excel in their daily activity. The main responsibilities of this role include: Providing estimates and quotations to clients for potential projects. Effectively outline the benefits of working with our client. Communicate with suppliers and contractors to ensure effective project coordination. Act as a Project Manager to oversee the progress of projects. Communicate effectively over the phone and through email. Work on a wide range of different project with varying budgets and deadlines. Other duties as assigned. THE REQUIREMENTS Experience in project management and project coordination Minimum 2 years working in the flooring industry Excellent communication skills Proficient with Excel ‘Go-getter’ attitude COMPENSATION $60,000 – $120,000 based on experience. 3-4 weeks vacation Health and Dental Benefits HOW TO APPLY Please apply directly to this posting with the most recent version of your resume.
