Sales Floor Associate & Team Lead – ROLEX Ambassador

ROLEX – Sales Associate and Sales Team Lead – Retail – High-end Jewelry and watches Tuesday to Saturday 9 am to 5:30 pm The successful hire shall report directly to the Sales Manager, selling and acting as the team leader to the other 5 members of full-time and part-time sales professionals. Most of the time shall be spent on the floor, selling. The successful hire shall maintain department tasks per brand ambassador and maintain a specified average gross profit on total sales. As a team lead, you shall m odel leadership behaviors that promote a culture of open communication, employee development, and trust.
In addition, you shall maintain day-to-day operational awareness to ensure seamless customer service, elevating issues to the Manager as required. The successful hire shall assist other team members when it comes to sales, customer services, product info, and operation procedures and be an important member of the team, expected to participate and contribute ideas in team meetings. Other key responsibilities shall include: Provide feedback to Manager on sales on inventory performance, need for replenishment , customer trends, and any issues Assign work and assignments to associates as required Participate in the recruitment and selection of associates Resolve customer issues and/or complaints and keeps the manager informed/ involved Coach and train associates to maintain luxury brand standards and achieve customer service targets Create, develop, and maintain complete records for customers: Contact information & personal information, follow-up notes, purchase history, wish lists, special occasion lists, etc Develop, maintain, and grow an active store client base and strong customer relationships, reaching out to customers via emails, texts, and phone calls Complete paperwork accurately and on a timely basis such as Customer reports, Special Orders, Follow-up or transition notes, Stock Notes, etc. Understand and fully utilize the POS system Requirements: Proficient in both French and English Strong Sales Skills: experience in jewelry and high-end watches – an asset but not necessary.
Demonstrate ability in each step of the selling process: Welcoming – Connecting – Discovery – Presentation – Addressing Reactions – Addressing Price Concerns – Closing – Adding On – Following-up Ability to transition customers from service to purchase potential Interested in continuously progressing through recommended/prescribed training programs Ability and sincere interest to learn about jewelry and high-end watches. Demonstrated experience and ability to be a team lead. Positive attitude and accountable Salary – Base commission. A salary of $ 85,000 or more is very possible to attain.
