Shifts: Monday to Thursday ( 0700-1700) Pay Rate: $ 20.45 / Hr A positive and dynamic environment Opportunity for advancement in the security industry Ongoing training and development Full uniform What does a Security Supervisor in Thompson do?. Required to lead a team of up to 25 on site security officers Providing uniformed, physical security to our client and its customers/visitors Checking Bags of the Passengers before departure Direct liaison with site client on a daily basis Responding to Fire Alarm/Emergency Situations Complete daily reports and incident reports Making the Passengers aware about the protocols at the premises Maintenance and upkeep of the daily security officer schedule Greet and assist general public. Conducting daily functions of the security unit including visual deterrent, and report writing/note taking. Liaising with visitors, customers. and the general public on a consistent basis Providing customer service information and assist in handling the questions of visitors Maintaining a positive, productive work environment through positive teamwork Qualifications to be become Security Guard in Winnipeg ?.
