War Room is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our growing team to manage our expanding client base. You’ll be leading team collaboration and act as our client’s strategic partner, delegating campaign management tasks and sharing data insights to help them make meaningful business decisions. Client Management Act as the key Point of Contact for owned client relationships for the client’s brand Communicate daily with clients, presenting data-centric reports, status updates, and own all aspects of the client relationship Provide insights and recommendations to surpass client goals Lead client projects on top accounts and find opportunities for growth Build strategies and plans to grow your key accounts/Account growth over time through revenue Have a keen awareness of current events and trends that relate to a target audience’s interests Demonstrate client advocacy externally/internally with a thorough understanding and alignment of client objectives Consistent communication and updates to clients through proactive outreach or project progressions Strong communication in email and meetings with clients, driving the bus with recommendations Prompt assistance and response to client inquiries Project Management & Execution Consistent updates in the campaign calendar, team stand-ups, monday.com Organization and updates on client workflows, Google Drive, and external facing documentation Structure and organization of internal meetings Prioritize own work and actively communicate progress and deliverables Maintain detailed records and accurate time tracking across projects Keep meticulous documentation to manage and maintain client communications, ensuring that all stakeholders have the most up-to-date project assets Manage the scoping of projects, timelines, schedules, and cost estimates Develop briefs and planning documentation Develop and execute account plans Ensure efficient advertising campaign development and delivery Monitor daily various key performance indicators to interpret data to gauge the success of client campaigns Ensure that campaigns are completed on time and within budget Communication and Team Development Lead strategic meetings, presentations, and provide insights to project teams and client Establish strong relationships with all teams, collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to achieve the highest level of customer service Share daily, and weekly status reports with the rest of the team Support the Accounts and Projects Team in managing all client files Provide training to junior team members Work closely with Campaign Managers, Optimization Managers, Technical Marketing, Project Managers and Data Analysts to provide strategic recommendations for improving performance in omnichannel-level accounts. Be a team player, capable of providing training, knowledge, training and recommendations to junior teammates. Assisting in difficult conversations through guidance, mentorship or sharing experiences and emails to clients with the team Sharing/flagging industry trends and opportunities/risks with the team Assistance on projects and clients with team members where and when needed Skills Experience. Minimum of 3 years experience working in an agency 1-2 years of customer-facing work experience Knowledge of paid digital marketing Confident and personable communicator (in-person, phone & email) Strategic thinker who is solution-oriented with strong business acumen Experience in working with and presenting to senior client stakeholders Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Multi-tasker (managing multiple accounts) Comfortable working with spreadsheets (budgeting) Experience with project management tools and G Suite Apply Today.
