About the Company Our client is a software company. They are looking for a Senior Accountant who will be responsible for timely and accurate corporate financial reporting for the company Why Work Here Fully remote position Dynamic team environment Great learning and development opportunity About the Opportunity Assist with the monthly/quarterly/annual close process, including consolidation and financial statements Prepare monthly/quarterly/year-end adjustment(s) of divisional information in order to prepare accurate internal and external reporting in compliance with the Company’s accounting policies Assist in the preparation of quarterly/annual consolidated financial statements including note disclosures Assist with the consolidated intercompany reconciliation process Analyze foreign exchange impacts on various financial statement accounts Assist with working papers and reports for calculating tax provisions and filing tax returns Compilation of data and performing analysis in complex spreadsheets with large volumes of data Perform reconciliations of various accounts Liaise with internal and external auditors to provide working papers and responses to audit requests About You CPA Working knowledge and practical understanding of applicable IFRS and US GAAP Ability to handle complex technical accounting areas such as consolidations and foreign exchange transactions Salary Range $85,000 – $95,000/year How to Apply Click the “Apply Now” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
