What’s the ask?. The Senior Benefits Administrator is responsible for providing service and analytics excellence to our Partnerships and International clients. Specifically, the Senior Benefits Administrator will: Support the sales team; Generate insurance quotes using a customized tool to assist our Partner’s sales teams; Process implementation requests and communicate the data to our internal teams for action; Assist the Account Managers and Consultants as requested and in accordance with procedures and service agreements; Perform annual policy renewals; Maintain accurate and current records for all clients within our Client Management software – EPIC; Data input and preparation of monthly and quarterly experience reporting in Excel, Word and PPT; Verify accuracy of group billings; Draft and/or finalize formatting of presentation documents, including printing and/or binding; Review and compare plan booklets and contracts; Prepare benefit summaries using provided templates; Provide project management support; What does it take?.

Completed post-secondary degree or a combination of equivalent professional experience and training 2 to 3 years of professional work experience in a similar role Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint & Word Exceptional analytical and numerical skills; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Ability to prioritize & adapt to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy; Able to work independently and self-motivated.
