Your opportunity BDO Law LLP is looking for a Senior Business Lawyer to join our Ontario/BC based practice. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly collaborative alternative legal service provider, and to work alongside legal professionals who value a client centric working environment. You will be responsible for: Lead significant client engagements, including but not limited to complex corporate reorganizations, domestic and international purchase and sale transitions, domestic and international joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and advise on complex corporate governance matters Be a self-starter, and be motivated by excellent work and highly engaged colleagues Supervise junior lawyers and corporate law clerks Analyze and assess new opportunities with respect to, among other things, legal fee estimates and staffing requirements Develop internal business relationships across each of BDO Canada’s service lines Support the growth of BDO Law through talent acquisition, development and knowledge management How do we define success for your role?
