Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for financial forecasting, modeling, and reporting in support of critical decision-making and growth. Acting as a business partner to the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing reporting tools, analyses and key performance indicators that will provide insights into the performance of the business and future initiatives. You will support projects, new businesses, lead change and implement best practices and processes. Responsibilities: Lead financial planning processes, including annual budgeting and forecasting processes, the development of detailed financial models and the analysis of financial data to ensure accuracy and alignment with the company’s overall strategy.

Lead and participate in the preparation and presentation of financial reports, including monthly/quarterly business reviews, variance analysis, key performance indicators and reporting for the Board of Directors. Support the company’s long-term strategic plan, including analyzing growth opportunities, evaluating new business initiatives, expansion plans, and market penetration strategies. Take a proactive approach to analyze and interpret financial performance data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations for action to executive leadership. Contribute to the development of financial strategies that support and accelerate the company’s high-growth objectives.

Build robust models and conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies to inform decision-making and identify and support growth initiatives. Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and return on investment assessments to support capital allocation decisions. Lead a high-performing FP&A team capable of supporting the company’s rapid growth trajectory. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Perform necessary financial analysis and valuation models in support of company acquisition activities including: scenario modeling, financial due diligence analysis and integration plans. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10 years of financial analysis/accounting experience, including high-growth B2B SaaS company experience Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and managing high-performing FP&A teams Must be able to balance agility with accuracy Must be able to conduct complex analyses and effectively communicate derived insights and recommendations Able to prioritize multiple activities and projects to effectively and efficiently meet all deadlines and deliverables Highly analytical and detail-oriented Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable strategies Strong technical, analytical and financial software skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and elevate team members Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making skills This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected.
