This role is a key leadership position at the Golden CO, and Nixa, MO manufacturing sites with specific responsibility for leading and developing the Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and CI/Lean functions while also leading the strategic development of the sites. The position also contributes to Worldwide Manufacturing, Global Operations, and Corporate strategies for Waters. The position provides leadership & direction to the teams responsible for the manufacture and technical/process support of a diverse portfolio of Waters products including ASR and ERA product lines. The position is responsible and accountable for the Quality Management System. It provides leadership and commitment to continually improve and maintain the effectiveness of the QMS to consistently produce safe and effective products. Promote a risk-based / process approach within the company. This role will also lead cost-saving initiatives and improvement projects (productivity, quality) in support of the annual operating plan. To provide leadership and strategic direction to Golden Operations in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality products on time and within financial targets in a safe, sustainable, and responsible manner.
