Senior Finance Manager

Our client is a leader in the long-term care industry in Canada, and is continuing to grow and diversify. For decades, the company’s experienced staff have been helping people live better through a commitment to quality care that includes skilled nursing care, home health care, retirement living, and management and consulting services. Reporting to the Director of Finance and leading a team of four (Senior Financial Analyst and Analysts), the Senior Finance Manager is responsible for all core accounting processes and FP&A activities for a large business unit. Primary responsibilities include; Financial, management and government reporting, Quarterly forecasts and the annual budget.

Act as a key Business Partner to provide financial leadership and support for various Business Leaders, Operations and Senior Management in order to support sound decision making. The successful candidate will be a CPA/CA currently working as a Manager within a public accounting firm with strong leadership experience. The company offers a positive and professional culture, good work life balance and a hybrid work from home model (2-3 days in office). Location is North Toronto.
