Senior Management Accountant

Camino Search is proud to be working with an exciting private equity-backed technology consultancy firm, that has experienced rapid growth and with that is building out their finance function in Toronto. Due to this they are looking to bring in a Management Accountant in to take a leading role in driving the production of the management accounts. We’re searching for a highly skilled, committed individual to support the business by joining the finance team to support with ongoing growth and acquisitive strategy. You’ll play a crucial role in assisting upper management with their finance analysis, reporting and decision making.

Key Responsibilities: Preparation and production of monthly management accounts including assisting with monthly board reports Preparation of balance sheets reconciliations and investigation Preparing monthly journals for revenue, accruals, pre-payments etc Investigating and ensuring monthly balance sheet reconciliations are updated Cash and Revenue management – reporting and forecasting Analysis of key performance indicators and project performance Month end reporting including commentary & analysis Business partnering with stakeholders internally and externally Suggesting system improvements and change Training and supporting junior members of the team Other ad hoc duties Essential background: Finalist or qualified accountant Experience line managing Excellent Excel skills Brilliant communicator Strong analytical skills J-18808-Ljbffr
