Sheet Metal Workers needed

Sheet Metal Journeyman and Apprentices We are looking for top performing HVAC/Sheet Metal installers for our growing business. The successful candidate will be a professional and self-motivated leader, with a track record of quality and safety. The ability to meet or exceed code requirements and standards is essential. Analytical thinking is a must. We do a lot of lifecycle replacements and retrofit upgrades. Compensation & benefits: • Supportive Atmosphere • Paid training, • Above industry average wages • Uniform and boot allowance • Overtime Pay • Excellent Benefits and Pension plan. • Company vehicle and gas card for qualified employees Responsibilities: • Perform duct work installations, repair, maintenance, and service individually, and as part of a team. • Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes. • Measure and order material as required. • Complete required documentation (i.e. electronic timesheets, and job reports etc.) for services performed. • Performs cleaning and maintenance of equipment, tools, materials, and vehicles utilized; ensures adherence to principles and practices of safe equipment use and operation. • Willingly performs other duties as assigned. • Cross training can be available for other divisions. • Adhere to and follow our safety program Job Requirements, qualifications • Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes. • Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specification. • A proven systematic and organized approach to multi-tasking. • Demonstrated ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks with minimum supervision. • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. • Professional and exceptional interpersonal skills. • Provide services to both internal and external customers. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. • Cut materials using power tools or by hand. • Instruct and train apprentices. • Meet Criminal Background check and customer security requirements.
