The Enterprise Risk team is part of Nutrien’s Integrated Risk team that includes the Global Insurance and Risk Management function within the Finance organization. Enterprise Risk helps to build the capabilities and practices that the organization can rely on to manage risks in creating, enhancing, and preserving value. The Analyst or Sr. Analyst, Enterprise Risk will support the advancement of the company’s Enterprise Risk program across the organization.

This position reports to the Sr. Enterprise Risk Manager What you will do: Support the execution of Nutrien’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program across the company Manage & develop enterprise risk frameworks, standards and processes Oversee Nutrien’s global risk assessment process including managing the enterprise risk register and supporting risk workshops with senior management Champion risk governance within an established governance model Assist in the preparation of enterprise risk reports for management and the Board Support the company’s external risk disclosures in its regulatory and public filings Maintain ad hoc financial models and perform probabilistic analysis that support business needs Research and benchmarking on enterprise risk practices, frameworks, disclosure initiatives, etc. Develop and maintain mutually beneficial cross-functional relationships within the company Perform, coach, and lead others in the execution of risk analysis, consistent with industry best practices Partner with our Business Resilience, Internal Audit, Integrity, Issues and Reputation Management, ESG Compliance, and other relevant teams on initiatives or projects to support risk management activities, disclosures, and insights across the company What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., finance, commerce, economics or equivalent) 3 years in risk management, audit, compliance, data analysis, or related functions ERM experience or interest in a career in risk management preferred Relevant certification preferred (e.g., CPA, CIA, CRM, RIMS-CRMP) Knowledge of manufacturing, mining, fertilizer and ag retail businesses and trends considered an asset Knowledge of risk management tools, techniques, and industry standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO, COSO, TCFD, TNFD) considered an asset Experience with modeling and probabilistic analysis capabilities (i.e. Monte Carlo simulation) considered an asset Experience or knowledge of corporate finance and/or portfolio management considered an asset Communicates confidently and with strong presentation skills Ability to proactively build and maintain relationships within various levels of the organization Are you a good match?.
