We are looking for a passionate and determined Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People and Culture team for a 3 – 4-month fixed term.
Part-time/flexible hours an option. Our team: In this role, you will drive and support a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates as well as a successful recruitment outcome. We are a fantastic, supportive group who work hard, and aren’t afraid to celebrate our wins. We are ramping up for an exciting technology project and you will be integral to ensuring a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates as well as successful recruitment outcomes across Lotto NZ.
Each step is important from seamless recruitment administration, such as TSO forms and approval to recruit/appoint requisitions to coordinating the recruitment and selection process using Lotto NZ’s applicant tracking system, ensuring all process steps and approvals are completed in a timely manner. You will work closely with managers to write and/or update position descriptions that are reflective of the role requirements and expectations and liaise with and support them with the recruitment and selection process. This includes writing interview questions, interviewing candidates, effectively communicating with various stakeholders, and arranging testing. The AoG/recruitment agency relationships are yours to manage and ensure correct process is followed including required documentation for all types of hires – permanent, fixed term and independent contractors.
There may also be the opportunity to work on recruitment projects such as streamlining processes, updating templates and reporting.
