Technical Trainer – Bilingual (French & English Speaking)Resolute Technologies is currently seeking a Technical Trainer Bilingual for an implementation with our client located in Montreal, Canada. The project is expected to last 9-12 months.Travel to client sites as needed and determined by the project requirements.Work instructions and standard operating procedures do exist in US English and have been rolled out to 40 locations. The trainer will need to translate all documentation from US English to French Canadian for continued rollout to 4 Canadian (French-speaking) locations. Responsibilities of this role also include training and supporting the end users on the new ERP system at locations.Responsibilities and Duties Include:Translation and development of all SOPS from US English to French CanadianPlans training to minimize workflow interruption and downtime.Assists users with support and access needs.Trains system operators and other staff.Provide end user support during deployment.Conduct analysis of business processes and integration requirements and provide recommendations.Drive and analyze senior management needs, and implement strategic communications and training tactics that support and promote the program.Skills/Requirements:5-7 years of Training and Technical Writing experienceExperience defining and documenting the change management process, responsibilities, and expectations for deliverables.Experience creating training plans, resource allocation plans, and schedules.Experience with warehouse and logistics environmentExperience writing training materials and writing user guides.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experienceResolute Technologies is a Chicago-based IT consulting and recruiting firm that helps businesses increase bottom-line results through the successful deployment of software-driven technologies, strategies, and teams.
