The Miracle at the Sacred Pool
Bibi Rajni’s life took a miraculous turn when she and her leprous husband arrived at what is now the site of the Golden Temple in Amritsar. As the story goes, her husband, unable to walk, was resting under a tree while Rajni went to fetch food. While she was away, a crow dropped a piece of fruit into a nearby pond. The crow, which was diseased, was miraculously healed after touching the water.
Seeing this, Rajni’s husband, filled with hope, dragged himself to the pool and immersed himself in the water. Instantly, he was cured of his leprosy, emerging as a handsome, healthy man. When Rajni returned, she was astonished but recognized the divine intervention. Together, they offered their thanks at the nearby Gurdwara.
